1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the Cutting Lyne Client Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this portal.

2. Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful shipment information. Providing false or misleading information relating to customs declarations is a legal offence under Zimbabwe customs law. Cutting Lyne accepts no liability for penalties arising from inaccurate client-provided data.

3. Duty Estimates

All duty quotations provided through this portal are estimates only. Final duty amounts are determined solely by ZIMRA (Zimbabwe Revenue Authority) at the time of customs assessment. Cutting Lyne accepts no liability for any difference between quoted estimates and final assessed amounts.

4. Authorised Use

This platform is for Cutting Lyne clients only. You may not use this portal on behalf of any third party without express written consent. Sharing of account credentials is prohibited.

5. Suspension

Cutting Lyne reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for:

• Providing false shipment information
• Misuse of the platform or its features
• Outstanding unpaid invoices
• Breach of these terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on this portal is owned by Cutting Lyne Freight & Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
